RECEPTION Time for Great Wall of China Marathon 2016(April
20,2016) In the Confirmation Letter we sent to all our runners,we mentioned that we would have the Explanation Meeting on April 30,2016.And this year, we also use the two different hotels for the reception. And we also have the most runners at the Optional Tours of the Great Wall of China Marathon 2016. Based on the communication with most of our runners, we begin to officially accept all our runners from April 29,2016. You can come to get your race bags from 10AM on April 29 at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel.We would have our explanation sessions at every right hour from 10AM to 8PM. April 29,2016 Session No.1: 10:00-10:30 Session No.2: 11:00-11:30 Session No.3: 12:00-12:30 Session No.4: 13:00-13:30 Session No.5: 14:00-14:30 Session No.6: 15:00-15:30 Session No.7: 16:00-16:30 Session No.8: 17:00-17:30 Session No.9: 18:00-18:30 Session No.10: 19:00-19:30 April 30,2016 Session No.1: 09:00-09:30 Session No.1: 10:00-10:30 Session No.2: 11:00-11:30 Session No.3: 12:00-12:30 Session No.4: 13:00-13:30 Session No.5: 14:00-14:30 Session No.6: 15:00-15:30 Session No.7: 16:00-16:30 Session No.8: 17:00-17:30 Session No.9: 18:00-18:30 Session No.10: 19:00-19:30 So you can choose your proper day and your proper time to come to the hotel to get your bags. For the runners who would be getting your race bags at the 5-star Nikko New Century Hotel Beijing,we would announce the exact reception time on the evening of April 25,2016. Our buses with our runners would depart the Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel and Nikko New Century Hotel Beijing at 5:30AM on May 1,2016 for the Great Wall!
And the 15th Great Wall of
China Marathon on May 1,2016 would start at 7:30AM at the Great
Wall. Tomorrow,we would update the Q and A of Great Wall of China Marathon 2016!
