How to Reserve the 5-star Beijing Friendship Hotel for the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019(January 9, 2019)
These days,more runners expect us to book the hotel rooms for them at the 5-star BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL,the newly-selected official hotel for the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019. For the runners who have already got the free hotel rooms during our promotion period and for the runners who have purchased the Option 3 of the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019,you all can come to check in at the 5-star BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL instead of the official 4-star Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel.You would not be charged for any extra money for this upgrading,but the breakfast would not be included in the Option 3 any more,we expect you all understand this. We would not change any information about Option 3 at ACTIVE.COM when you do the registration there,you would still see the 4-star Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel there at the Additional Purchases,but we keep the rooms for you at the 5-star BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL.This is only for the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019,for the runners who register the Great Wall of China Marathon 2019-Autumn and the Great Wall of China Marathon 2020,we would still use the 4-star Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel.
BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL was built in 1954,and it has more than 1,900 hotel rooms,and the total area of the hotel is 335,000 square metres,and the hotel have more than 20 different restaurants,and it can cater 3,000 people to have the meals together. If any runners of the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019 would like to ask us to book the hotel rooms for you at this 5-star hotel,the favourite price we offer to you is still 106USD a night for a standard room or for a single room. If you would like to share a standard room with another overseas runner,your hotel fee is 53USD a night. We officially accept your reservation from today, and we would comfirm your reservation within 24 hours.So please write email to us for your reservation. run@greatwallmarathon.com.cn If you are the runner who would come together with your family members or friends as spectator(s) ,we welcome you all,the registration fee for the spactator to the 18th Great Wall of China Marathon 2019 is 125USD/per.Please let us know,we would also keep everything well for your spectators. All the runners would come to the 5-star BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL to get the race packets any time from 9AM till 6PM on April 30,2019,and if you would not be able to come to the hotel during this time,please let us know. And our buses with all the runners to the Great Wall would depart the hotel at 5:30AM on May 1st,2019.
