Great Wall of China Marathon 2015

Daniel's application was refused many times for Beijing Marathon 2014(November 18,2014)

Mr.Daniel Landskroener is an American young man working in China. He likes running so much.

When Beijing Marathon 2014 opened its application for the runners,Daniel immediately applied to run full marathon item at Beijing Marathon 2014.But he was refused.

But he had never given up,he applied again, and he was refused again.Daniel never knew the reason. He thought and thought for quite a long period.

One day,he realized that he might make a huge mistake in filling the application form for Beijing Marathon 2014.

He wrote that May 1 was his first marathon, and the result was 9 hours 33 minutes.

Impossible! The Organizing Committee of Beijing Marathon would very natrually compute the time, that if Daniel run Beijing Marathon, that he would even could not finish 5K within one hour.Refused!!!

Why refused? According to our observation of the Beijing Marathon 2014 on October 19,2014,the runners who were at the 5k distance starting from Tiananmen Square were all cleaned up 40 minutes after the race.We were happy that we took the video of the last runner, too, who was an old lady at Beijing Marathon 2014.Cleaned up at about 1.5K distance.

Well, let us think back.Daniel ran his first full marathon on the Great Walls. That was the 13th Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2014.

In our eyes,Daniel was an amazing runner! He could finish the Great Wall of China Marathon that day at 9 hours 33 minutes. And he ran 40KM on the Great Walls, and the other 2KM was not on the Great Walls. And the time limit is 10 hours, and he did it!!!

If the Organizing Committee of Beijing Marathon check carefully about the result at Beijing Marathon 2014,all of the people in the office there should be surprised too much.At the time we saw Daniel running at the finishing area, his time was 3 hours 38 minutes.Danial did a very very wonderful job for his second full marathon!

At 8:18AM Beijing Time on November 18,2014 today,Mr.Daniel Landskroener submitted the below Online Application for Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2015.
