Airport Acception Service for Worldwide Runners(Sept.2,2012) All the participants/runners who use our optional tours of Great Wall of China Marathon would be accepted by our tour guides. However,maybe you are the ones who would not use the optional tour packages.We have decided to open our airport acception service for the runners/participants. If you arrive in Beijing before April 29 and on April 30,we will have our guide to fetch you from Beijing Capital International to your hotel.If you arrive in Beijing on April 29,2013,you would follow one of our tour buses to Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. Your hotel should be within 4th Ring Road in Beijing.The acception fee is 29USD.the Acception time would be from 8AM to 19AM in a day.We mean the time your flight arrive in Beijing.And if you would arrive in Beijing not in the  mentioned time,the acception fee would be 50USD. For Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013,we still use Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel as our acception and registration center.All our buses will depart from this hotel in the early morning on May 1,2013. If you need us to book this hotel,or cheaper hotels near this four-star Beijing(Shenzhou)International Hotel,please let us know.We can book the hotel for you from today. If you have anything unclear,or any other questions or anything you hope we can help you,please feel free to let know know,we would so our best for you.
