Notice No.5: The Weather on May 1 on the Great Walls(April 13,2014) Great Wall of China Marathon 2014 would be held on May 1,2014.It would be a great pleasant day for all the runners to run on the Great Walls. On April 30,2014,how about the weather in downtown Beijing?The lowest temperature is 12 dregree centigrade.It is at night.The highest temperature is 24 degree centigrade.It is a sunny day,and it is good for all the runners to come for the registration at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. On May 1,2014,it is also a sunny day.The lowest temperature in downtown Beijing is 11 degree centigrade,and the highest temperature is 23 degree centigrade.How about the weather on the Great Walls? It is also a sunny day.The lowest is 9 degree centigrade at night and the highest is 20 degree centigrade.That is at about 12 o'clock.So the average temperature during the race is 16 degree centigrade. The Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1 will start at 6am in the morning and would end at 4pm in the afternoon. We know most overseas runners would arrive in Beijing on April 29 and depart Beijing on May.All these days are fine days. :) The temperature difference in the day time and at night both in Beijing and on the Great Walls are big,it is over 10 degree different.About 100 runners would live at Jinshan Hotel on April 30,2014. We suggest you that at night,you should not wear the T-shirt or wear the shorts.do not catch cold.May you all have a very pleasant days in Beijing and also for the great race on the Great Walls!
