About the Explanation Meeting and 75 Free Rooms available on April 30,2014(March 26,2014) More runners are applying,and it is definitely the big meeting room at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel could not hold all the runners.So we are thinking for the arrangment,and it is very possible that we would held two explanation meetings on April 30,2014,one is from 12:00-14:00 another is from 15:00-17:00.We will decide about this on April 11,and before this we want to write email to every runners to give us the choice which one to attend,so we can best make the arrangement and best serve all the worldwide runners. As you know,Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel is the official hotel of Great Wall of China Marathon.We will not only have the explanation meetings here,and all the worldwide runners should come for the registration on April 30,and on May 1,all our buses would depart from this official hotels to the Great Walls. During our talk yesterday and today with the manager of the hotel,we have asked more rooms free of charge for all the new runners,also for all our worldwide runners.please read this in details from yesterday's news below here:
The hotel promised to give us 35 standard rooms and 40 big-bed rooms.When our new runners apply,we might suggest the couples to use the big-bed room.So in this way,around 150 runners could get the rooms free of charge. All of the runners could check in from 9AM on April 30,2014. If you have anything unclear,please feel free to write to ask us with the below email and the Beijing Hotline.
