About Your Hotel Reservation(Feb.24,2013) For the runners who have already applied to run the Great wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013,if you are the ones who have just paid the application fee 198USD,may we ask you that have you already booked your hotel in Beijing? All the runners must come to Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel for your registration on April 30,2013,and our course explanation would be held at the big meeting room from 2PM-4PM at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel on April 30,2013,and on May 1,our buses will depart at 5AM from Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel. If you will use the other hotels in Beijing,maybe you would not be able to have the chance/time to have the breakfast,and maybe you would be in a greatest hurry to take taxi from your hotel to Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel,and we know it is not easy before 5Am that you just come out your hotel and can get the taxi,if you would be late after 5AM to be arriving at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel,you might miss our buses to the Great Walls. If you decide to take taxi then to the Great Walls when you miss the buses,you should get ready that you would pay more than 100USD to get the great walls,most taxi drivers cannot immediately know the distance and the direction to the Great Walls and they do not know how much they should charge you,so they would make the phone calls for their friends to offer them the infomation,at such situation,you would get much confused,and if you totally cannot speak Chinese,that would really become a problem. So we just suggest all the worldwide runners,no matter you have already applied or you will appy to run the Great Wall of China Marathon on May 1,2013,we suggest you to use 4-star Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel on April 30,2013,and if you would use more nights,we can also help you to reserve the hotel,it is only 53USD a night,and two runners share a room.If you come with your friends,we can provide the enough rooms for you. The hotel managers at Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel are doing their best to offer enough rooms to the organizers of Great Wall of China Marathon. Our buses will come back to Shenzhou(Beijing)International Hotel after the race from the Great Walls.It is estimated that the buses would be arriving at the hotel at 8:30 in the evening on May 1,2013.
